SMaSH Beer

SMaSH stands for single malt and single hop.  This brewing recipe lets you really taste the pure and simple flavors of a single ingredient, so I have read.  I haven’t tried it yet.  I have tried single hops but not single malt.  I’ll try it this summer.  Maybe with a pale ale malt, Fuggle hops, and the California Ale yeast from White Labs.   I imagine that the flavor is less complex that what I have been brewing but I used to love Budweiser, so I might like it.  I’ll call it PAF SMaSH.
